In preparation for the IPL-L cohort, January 16 — June 7, 2026, a team of designers, facilitators, and collaborators sought input from 100+ stakeholders in Lebanon’s private, public, and nonprofit sectors, as well as universities and embassies. There is wide agreement that a near-term goal is to accelerate the impact of community-based projects, project leaders, and team members selected from an open application process across diverse communities and identities. The broader goal is deeper connections and relationships that build unity and social cohesion.
IPL-L is a unique integral learning experience that devotes equal attention to project management, leadership development, peacebuilding, and trauma healing. Project team leaders complete 14 days of in-person facilitated sessions guided by globally-skilled facilitators. Between sessions, teams receive best practices coaching in project management and leadership development.
